Its complex fruity notes combined with tropical freshness unite perfectly with a cask aged Rum. These mini pineapples have a fragrant golden orange skin and juicy bright yellow fresh. They are sweeter and more aromatic than your typica pineapple resulting in a delicious rich aroma. To create a well-rounded taste we’ve balanced the natural sweetness of pineapple by infusing our rum with cassia wood and sweet spice. To celebrate the sweet taste of queen Victoria pineapple, we’ve distilled “the queen of spices” cinnamon to add a bit of heat to the sweet tasting tropics. Making a delicious drink is a bit like cooking, combining textures and tastes to create something exciting and memorable. Vegan. What does it mean to be carbon negative?. Two Drifters Distillery is committed to both avoiding and removing CO2.. To that end, they have an electric distillery run on 100% renewable energy, electric vehicles, carbon neutral packaging and courier, sustainable merchandise, a closed loop chilling system and a new bottle design that creates significantly less CO2.. Some CO2 can’t be avoided, for instance shipping the molasses, farming the sugarcane, glass bottle production, moving inventory etc. Here they either look for a sustainable alternative or work with Climeworks to physically remove CO2. They remove more than their entire footprint creates, giving them a negative footprint.
