At D. Lawrence Drinks & Cigars, our aim is for your order to arrive securely packaged, with care taken to protect your products and avoid unnecessary materials.
Orders will be packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. We’re confirming the materials and methods they use and will update this page when we have more information.
Protecting your order
Glass bottles and other delicate products need suitable protection during transport. Packaging will vary according to the size, weight and contents of your order.
We’ll work with our fulfilment partner to understand how products are protected and raise any concerns about damage or excessive packaging.
Environmental considerations
We want to explore opportunities to reduce unnecessary packaging and use materials that can be reused or recycled where practical.
Until we have confirmed the details, we won’t describe every shipment as eco-friendly, plastic-free or fully recyclable.
Reuse and recycling
Please reuse boxes and protective materials where possible. Before recycling, separate the materials and check what your local collection accepts.
Recycling guidance varies by area, particularly for protective inserts, films and mixed materials.
If something arrives damaged
Email hello@dldrinks.com with your order number and details of the damage. Photographs of the product and packaging can help us investigate, where safe to take.
Do not handle broken glass or leaking contents if doing so could cause injury. We’ll explain the next steps.

If you have feedback about your packaging, send us your order number and, where helpful, a photograph. We can share specific concerns with our fulfilment partner as we develop our approach.
