How we can help
Change or cancel your order
If you need to update your delivery address, change quantities or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We’ll check its status and explain the available options. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking code and a tracking link, where available. Follow the link or enter the code on the courier’s website to see the latest updates.
If your tracking isn’t working or you need help understanding an update, contact us with your order number.
Delivery delays
If your order is taking longer than expected, check your tracking information first. If you still need assistance, we’ll investigate with the delivery partner and share any available updates.
Missing or incorrect items
If something is missing or you’ve received the wrong product, email us with your order number and details of the issue. Include photographs of the items and packaging where helpful so we can review what happened and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please send photographs of the product, outer packaging and delivery label, along with your order number.
Keep the packaging while we review the issue. We’ll explain the next steps and any available return, replacement or refund options.
Returns and refunds
To request a return or refund, email us with your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll explain the applicable conditions and guide you through the process.
